Scooter was found wandering the streets all alone. Sadly, no one was looking for him, so he was turned over to us to find him a home. Scooter does not mind a crate and seems to be housetrained. He walks on a leash like a champ! Scooter really enjoys playing with the other small dogs in the rescue, but thinks he is big enough to take on the bigger ones, too.
